Overview: In this lesson, students will learn about different community helpers, such as firefighters, police officers, doctors, and teachers. Through stories, role-playing activities, and a visit from a local community helper, students will understand the roles and importance of these helpers in their community. They will create thank-you cards to express their appreciation.
